I had this question for a while now: Why do people decide to work in a service-based company like Accenture, Deloitte, Slalom. WLB sucks in these companies. Less bonus, less PTO, fewer holidays, and most important no stock options.

PS: I work in the Salesforce Practice for Accenture and have an offer from Salesforce.

I’m a Consulting Technical Project Manager IC4 and newly acquired through acquisition. Can someone explain the bonus and equity structure? In my previous role we had a bonus structure per year based on hitting goals and a target amount and then also an RSU equity program that most got (if you were the right level) but managers could adjust. What is it here?

So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component?
