Slalom Consulting Hey guys, had a salary/role question. I’m interviewing for the Austin branch in Advisory Services (Product/Project Management), and I have 4.5 YoE (all related to the role). The recruiter thinks I’m a better fit at Consultant rather than Sr. C but at Big4/Accenture I’ve been interviewing for Sr.C or Associate Manager. Is this typical for Slalom? Also Glassdoor and other places have a wide band, what should I look for in a salary range? 120-130K base? Thanks!
