The recruiter thinks I’m a better fit at Consultant rather than Sr. C but at Big4/Accenture I’ve been interviewing for Sr.C or Associate Manager. Is this typical for Slalom? Also Glassdoor and other places have a wide band, what should I look for in a salary range? 120-130K base? Thanks!

Received offer to exclusively work for a tenant and help them open new locations. $115k base 10% bonus & also stock options. Remote work, lots of driving, similar job title. However, after doing the job for 2 months, I have been advised that we might not get the funding for the role and I might not get the raise and the title but my responsibilities will be the same.

Its a political minefield.
