OW/ATK/S&/LEK - Any update on MBA comp matches with MBB ($165k)? I had hoped decisions would be made around now.

What is the best way to approach compensation discussion with recruiter? I had a recruiter who kept insisting I provide a number. I quoted current+15% & they came back saying they couldn't afford me..
Got a role at FAANG that would be $5K more pay than mine, similar bonus and around $15K per year stock for 4 years. Same location. Is it worth pursuing? I'm in Big 4 Consulting.
I’m currently an Exp. Associate (in my 3rd year) and another Big 4 firm is offering to make me a Senior. Should I do it? Would it be worth the switch in terms of career progression, salary, etc...?

What is the average Big 4 manager salary for someone with mixed experience (implementation, strategy, assessment, interim Director)?
Small firm owners need pov! Some good news after almost 11 months of applying and interviews and lots of rejections finally got an offer! In NYC small firm, ex big law folks, no billable hours, niche practice area, appearance of forwarded thinking firm, remote till who knows when, emphasis on pro bono initiatives and building book of business. The catch salary. Was making around 140k at last firm with 1800 billable. Offer is 85k and revist to bump to around 100k in several months after review
Anyone get their “turkey” today? We got a $200 bonus for our Thanksgiving turkey. Really hoping it isn’t in lieu of our actual bonuses 😂😭
Can you make a big purchase to hit the bonus threshold for a new credit card and then return that item after the bonus miles are added to your account?
1st project, get positive feedback with trivial notes on keeping to improve excel/ppt skills. Then not recommended on a new gig saying I’m not that great. Wish I was told so I could have become great?
Does anyone else immediately spread their legs further on a flight when a man sits next to them to prevent them from manspreading into your space or am I just losing it 🤣

Any Partners here - Who was or has knowledge of Partners comp range in India (preferably Big 4s in India)?
Spent a year in tech consulting (IBM/ACN) and now work for a tech company in their internal consulting group with a focus on data analytics. MBB recruiter reached out - is this worth pursuing?
I'm a little worreid about the background check I'm about to go through. I don't have a criminal history, but my credit score isn’t very high, and I have a lot of debt from student loans. Should I be concerned?
I just got a new job offer that is a good career pivot towards a specialty I’ve always wanted. The salary is a bit more than what I’m making (but not considerably more). Afraid of making this leap during a global economic downturn. I’m pretty safe in my current role, but I’ve plateaued and and have not loved the work for a while now (even got to switch clients and still not satisfied). Any thoughts on waiting out covid in a safe but loveless role vs venturing out in the WFH unknown?
Thinking of shift from MBB to small PE-backed company. Base comp feels low at 175k + bonus, but comes with $200k+ of options. How can i estimate value of options? What ? Should I be asking?
Kavanaugh aside - I’m curious on the whole “this isn’t a job interview so due process isn’t important line”. Do folks really believe that? Abstract it away from him. Like any accusation gets u fired..
I work small (tiny) law. I make mid-100s, so not great salary, but my firm is so laid back. If I bill 1000 hours, that's fine (we were a remote firm before COVID made it cool). Compared to all my peers getting crushed under 1800+ billable requirements, I've got severe imposter's syndrome. Did I do something right or have I set myself up for failure by avoiding the pressure cooker? (I was at a firm for 2 years that was 1800+.) Curious as to thoughts/experiences.
