Is going back to school my only option? Is there a pivot with transferable skills i’m not thinking of? So a friend of mine resigned from a bank and is still getting paid 2 months later. Apparently they have not marked the person as resigned in the system it seems. On a serious note what would you do?

I get called by the name of the only other person of color of my ethnic group in my practice group. We’re both brown women and certain seniors consistently call me by their name, send them emails directed to me, etc. this happens from multiple people. I’ve corrected subtly in the past but after the 10x time, I can’t. I honestly feel that there is underlying unconscious racism behind it. Any tips on how to address?
