I am interviewing for a new IT Manager position. I started putting out soft feelers and then hit the hunt harder. The problem: I have one offer and need to give an answer by next Wednesday. I have two other opportunities that are in final steps but probably won’t have offers by next Wednesday. Both of the other offers will be higher pay but clearly are uncertain for offers. Do I accept the offer I have, which is a good one or wait for the other two to finalize and possibly miss out altogether?

I live in Italy and i work in a big italian IT company. My actual role is Delivery Product Manager: i analyze software products designed for one customer and i create new solutions to work for multiple customers. (= more reusable code). i'm also responsible for developers and to respect deadlines. I started as a developer 5 y ago in the same company.
My actual gross salary is 33k/year, how much higher would it be if i would work in USA, Canada, or nort. Europe for same role?

Hi guys, I have accept the offer letter but due to some reason I want to extend DOJ (initial DOJ + 8 days). So, I mail her about this she told me start working on pre-joining formalities we will share new DOJ shortly. But it's been a two day's I haven't got any mail. So, How many day's it will take to revised offer with new DOJ ? Should I poke her every day ?
