Heyhey.
Looking to hire a product UX/designer to freelance and help design + run ideation workshops for our Fortune 100 client looking to drive innovation and create/incubate b2c apps.
Would be great if you also knew how to set up an intake form to get a specific brief in order to design the workshop.
Bonus if you know how to design and set-up early stage usability experiments via landing pages/figma to validate problems/solutions before developing a MVP.

Take the new job, live like you are making the 200,000 or less, save the 85,000 for as long as you have a job and if you lose it, then you have some money you have saved for just such an occasion. If you lose your job, at least it will be at a higher rate, if you hate it there just as much, at least you can hate making more money and while you are saving. Plenty of people hate their jobs and have to stay while making a lot less and never get the chance you have. If not for yourself, do it for all the others that never have the chance.
75% of 285 > 100% of 200. Moneyball baby

How stable are we talking?
So a better job for more money? Our industry is only as stable as the next redundancy wave
285
However… I wouldn’t trust high level roles in anything “digital” especially strategy.
Maybe staying put is best
I’m not a strategist, but I’m curious why you think “digital” roles are in any more danger than any other role.
Take the job offering $285K - there's nothing stable about this industry.
Like 75% chance I’ll have a job in a year
ACD1 I’m 20 years in and I’ve only felt super stable at one or two jobs. This industry sucks.
200k is low a rate for an SVP. I’d rather take 85k more now and figure out another landing spot later on the day I start.
Not in advertising it isn’t
Always take the money
