I have been shortlisted for AC role and my HR discussion is scheduled next week.
1. Need some insights on the maximum and minimum ctc (fixed and variable) that can be offered for 3 yoe (all relevant) . My current ctc is 7.2 (6.5 fixed) . Tech stack - Big data and AWS developer.
2. Is there any joining bonus. If yes , what should be the ask.
Any inputs will be very helpful for me to go with my expectations to the HR. Thanks!

Idk you been getting close to 20k raises since 2017
Yeah and then a 50k raise (40%). It’s literally more than double the percentage of any other raise I got.

All one company. The big jumps were promotions.
How do you ask for raise? All the time the HR says this is all we have because this is our range and we are giving you the very best. But in real life i am the one who never got any increment or same amount i used to have.and i feel guilty now to ask for raise too.
Mine is all automatic. I’ve never asked for a raise.
