Want to shift to performance marketing and not sales, but do not have hands on experience on accounts since I got into sales after trng. Will I be accepted? Will they lower my CTC if they'll accept? Due to these doubts I'm not able to switch.

Currently, I'm handling a small team. I'm 23 yrs old. Have pitched multiple brands while working in sales and have decent knowledge about performance mktg as well. Please help! Quite stressed these days.

Hi SpEd Teachers, is anyone else facing EXTREME staff shortages as a result of state funding? We are not able to meet my students' IEP requirements (not even close) due to not enough paraprofessionals and the district flat out refusing to hire more. I've lost 70+ hrs/week of para hours over the past few years and my students are really suffering. This leaves our district open to lawsuits, but the real problem is the state's education budget.
