Since joining KPMG 5 years ago, I find that my appetite to read for my own growth is almost flatlined. Has anybody else experienced that? I attribute it to how much mental energy our work demands and how much reading I do during a business day.

I have used my connections to refer me into probably 10 big law firms and it’s not working. One most recently came back and said they aren’t interested bc I have no law firm experience. YoE 12.5, cctc 10.5 and holding offers till 23.5 fixed and few more in pipeline, expecting till 27 with 40 days left in np. How much can I ask for a senior manager level in PWC AC Bangalore and how difficult is the work and transition from pure technical to managerial role? I am still bit reluctant to leave tech side, is it good in long run?
