3 YOE and have been with the same firm the entire time, and just got a 2% raise. It’s a bit disappointing since I like the job. Is 2% normal right now, or are you all seeing higher merit increases? Or is this just the standard?

Why don't they rollout promotion letters at once all together for PA to A promotions for this quarter?

One of my big hang-ups with biden tax plan is raising corporate tax across the board. Why raise taxes on businesses when we've just found out how fragile it is to be able to run a small business?Why not at least propose some kind of progressive corporate tax structure if you want to raise taxes on corps?

Background: I’ve been in my position for 1 yr. I have 20 yrs military experience, bachelors in Business. I took an entry level $15/hour job to get my foot in the door. I’m actively looking for a promotion. But 44 miles plus gas & business casual clothing on $15/hour is killing me.
