Hi. I'm a final year btech student, and I recently got an offer from PwC India for the post of Sr. Analyst, with the package of 4.5lpa fixed + some yearly performance bonus. How should I expect me to be my career graph in pwc? Promotions, work culture, work life balance, basically any kind of insight will be appreciated.
THANKS A TON, IN ADVANCE.
What do you think about these mid year bonuses?

That’s how I felt when I went from 50 to 110. Cheers!
Just couldn’t resist the one up, eh?!
Congrats! Don’t lose yourself in the process! I went from 80k to 200k and then back to 150k in four years. Still living on that 80k salary through the journey. Save and invest my friend
Looking to pay off 20k worth of student loans and pay for the rest of my grad school then continue living on my $65k salary
Congratulations!!! 🎉🥂

Sounds like Tyler tech or open gov
Jumping from 66 base to 105 base plus bonus plus pension. TC is close to 140 fully loaded. Pharma strategy and ops. Have to move though.
At your age I would be risk loving ... I currently have 250k in my 401k 200k in plan x (small business solo 401k) and about 400k in equity I am about 10 years older than you.... you can kill it more than me if you do 100% equity... and get on a budget that gives you only enough liquid to pay off your bills and pay for black swan event aka you needed to pay you max insurance deductibles and lost your job so basically 3 months wages plus insurance deductibles every other penny save into a investment vehicle. I wish I did it earlier like your age I would have about double than what I have today I just started in the last 5-6 years.... look up the money guy show or Mr. Money Mustache
Congrats!! 🍾
Good job! Many congratulations.
That's amazing! Congrats!

Haha that's exactly what my jump was a few years back. Sounds like you're going to a more comparable role than I was so an even better move.
You are blessed. Congratulations!
