1. Unfortunately I have had the best luck in cooking myself, but let me know if you find any that are good!
2. Remember to load up on plant protein - lentils, beans, tofu, tempeh, etc; get really good at preparing/cooking 2-3 dishes that you can easily turn to

Also, measure and track with an app like myfitnesspal. It helps me know I’m eating enough and getting the right nutrients every day.

This is very helpful tip! In college I took a nutrition class where one of our assignments was to track everything we ate for two weeks. Then we analyzed the data (macros, calories, etc) and compared it to target intake based on m our age, weight, etc.

It was an insightful exercise!

The most beneficial habit for me has been meal prepping. Whether that’s prepping a meal start to finish or meal prepping components of a meal so that’s it’s easier to throw together on the spot!

I am pregnant and don’t feel pregnant most of the time. I’m only 6 weeks so have to wait awhile before any visual confirmation. And then you worry about all the ones after that before 24 weeks or so. How do you cope? I am trying to be positive. I’ve had a miscarriage before so I’m nervous as well. I try some calming meditation and things like head massages but that lasts an hour tops!!

As it’s been getting colder I’ve been dabbling in soups. This is a brie and mushroom soup paired with balsamic onion & mushroom toast. It was super tasty and really hit the spot. It can also be used in place of cream of mushroom from a can in recipes if you’re looking for a different taste.
