IBM : 30 + 0-10 pct var Level 7B

Accenture DoJ is 25 Feb
IBM DoJ is 13 March

I am not able to connect with Accenture HR for offer revision. Should i prepone IBM joining date or keep trying for more offers till 13-Mar?
Not getting any good calls i am at Noida loc.
Should i try for any big4?

Hi All,
I've received an offer from LnT (29 LPA), is that good enough to resign now , considering my CCTC is 25.8.

Also, I'm almost 90 pc sure that i may be released within a week of resignation as my project contract has not been renewed and we're in handover phase.

Could you guys please advise me, as to what should be my course of action here? Should I resign and can I get better opportunities in the next 1 month?
