That's one of the surest signs something was written by a human. I'm not currently too worried about AI taking my job. It's improved a lot over the past few years, but I don't think we're quite to the point where marketing departments will be replaced by AI-powered chatbots.
I agree. It’s just that her perspective was unexpected and I was curious if I was missing these types of conversations and rationales.
I wouldn’t say a typo makes me trust someone more, but it does remind me there’s a real person behind the screen. AI is definitely changing the game, but I think there’s still value in human judgment, creativity, and nuance, even if peopole are using AI to help them out. A grammatical error not really, maybe typos, or the kinds of spelling errors you get by pushing a wrong button on the keyboard, something in text that autocorrects. Some AI makes perfect sense when you read it, sometimes not. Can say the same about a lot of real people messages I get too.
I used to think misspelled words or grammatical errors were lazy, but now I do appreciate it because I know someone is actually responding to my emails. I also don't think AI will take over marketing anytime soon because marketing thrives off USP and AI is not truly unique yet.
It feels human, but I also think it will be use to justify using AI.
