A customer once asked if our Wi-Fi could “reach the parking lot so his dog could watch Netflix too.” I thought he was joking—he wasn’t. I told him, “Only if your dog promises not to binge-watch crime shows again.” He said, dead serious, “That’s why he bites strangers.” My manager walked by mid-convo and just whispered, “Approve it.” Honestly, it’s one of the weirdest requests I’ve fulfilled… and I still wonder what that dog was watching. Got any wild customer stories of your own?

How long was the dog in the car for? If your dog is that dependent on Netflix, they probably need a better set up than being left in a car in a parking lot. I can't imagine neglecting my dog like that

That's a little bit funny but also a little bit strange. Hopefully it wasn't too hot in the car for the dog. Though I'm sure somebody who loves their pet enough to get them streaming capabilities would likely not leave their dog in a car in an unsafe way.

That’s is so funny… this lady came into our store with two large dog asking for a cup of water for each of the dogs. Unfortunately we didn’t have water to give the dogs I informed her and she stated I guess we’re going to have to do this the old fashion way and proceeds to our bathroom. I told the store manager and before I could get a response she was walking out the door never making it to the bathroom

Back when I was getting started in the food world, I worked flipping burgers at In-n-Out. A man came in and said the burgers he had gotten weren’t right. He dumped the food on the counter and then he started throwing them back behind the counter. We gave him a refund and then his demeanor completely changed. He was calmer and he told us to have a great day as he left us to clean up the mess he made.
