A designer interviewing for Google have design work to show that’ll increase their chances to get the job as it’s very relevant, but it’s a project from a direct competitor done at an agency 3 years ago. Is it standard to anonymize that work (strip down brand etc) and just focus on design process? Or does it matter at all? (work was more vision work and didnt ship)
