I have an offer from Mercer to join as module lead with 12.5 fix CTC and annual incentive plan which is not clearly mentioned in offer letter. My joining date is 31st October so as per company policy anyone joining after 1st oct won't be eligible for appraisal cycle nor for annual incentive plan..which makes my package 12.5 lacs for next one and a half year.
Not sure if it would be a wise decision, current CTC is 9.08 lacs Mercer

90-125 base. GPS is radically underpaid, I knew Managers there getting 125 base and they had MBAs (from Georgetown and such).

As of a few years ago when I left, 99% of SCs in consulting GPS were in the $90-135k range, with most hires coming in around $110-125k.
OP, I just received my written offer from Deloitte. I'm an SC at Guidehouse making 160, and Deloitte couldn't match that as an SC, and told me that was more than some of their managers make. They put me on the PDM track as a manager to be able to meet my salary. There's some pros and cons to that, but ultimately I went with it bc I want TF out of Guidehouse and I didn't want to take a 20-30k paycut.
Yeah man why is PDM not good for POC?
90-160 base. Homegrown skews low. Exp hires skew high. There’s exp hire SCs making more than homegrown Ms
Thanks!
