I’m noticing that a lot of recent graduates at my job don’t know many basic computer skills (ie. Copy and paste short cuts or how to use the Microsoft Suite at all). I’ve been tasked with creating trainings to teach them these skills but it’s concerning to see how this new generation is starting to lack these assets. What happened? Is anyone else experiencing this at their organization?

They are just saying we will schedule 2 nd round... What's the reason behind it?... Is this true that they are not getting interviewer time slots... Or what can be actual reason behind this.. 8+yrs exp here. I work with Deloitte and got offer from TCS , there seem good chances of onsite in the project i am being hired for . Would it be a good bet to switch from a Big4 to tcs ?
