I know grass is always looks greener (sometimes actually greener) on the other side.

But what are good consulting firms which is basically perceived good both by employees and potential candidates?

I have a offer from luxoft for 24 LPA fixed CTC. I could see only few peoples are working in this company. Can any one tell me if this company is good for long term?.
I have 8 YOE in MF Assembler.

Currently, I'm in a product based company since 2yrs and got only 15% hike till now(they said covid crisis).
I'm confused because i really have good recognition here.
Anyway, i need hike for personal reasons.

Is it good to switch from product based company to service based company if I'm offered with good hike? How much can i demand?
