Hello 🐟🎏
When will be the retention bonus will be paid if a candidate joined TCS in the middle of the financial year. I.e September'22... Will that be paid on next year's September'23 Month only after completing an year in TCS?
And will the Retention bonus will also be considered as taxable income of the the current year taxes(2022-23)?
Looking for valuable suggestions!!!

Hello fishes, Need your inputs regarding Dynamics 365 Project Operations at EY. I am at 6.5 YoE ( Experienced in Microsoft PPM) , currently at 17.5 LPA. Im expecting around 21 LPA. Is it justified/fair ask? The EY team is trying to tell me that budget is a concern for my YoE and expectations. Currently the interview process is completed and negotiation is on for salary. Thanks! I just released 4 candidates under me within just 15 days of their NP coz they were getting good money outside of our Org.
Believe it or not, I got questioned by my engagement lead as to why I did that.
Mind you, they were all with less exp and on notice period.
Wonder why these higher ups are so stubborn
Great work buddy!! We need more people like you!

Yeah. What xuing xang said is right. Don't feel so bad about 3 months np. Prepare, prepare and prepare till you get your first offer. Later on you just have to give interviews. Perhaps you will decline some offers due to less ctc. Preparation is the main filter. Experience doesn't matter if you are skilled.

Its time to cut those ropes and fly, constraints 3 Month NP ni our thinking is the constraint, I too had same thoughts ki it would be difficult to bag a single offer with 3 months NP but I bagged 2-3 offers at that time with 3 months NP. So stopping worrying and start applying and updating CV on Naukri you'll surely get a call, Go for it👍

Sad but true.
There are no labor laws in India. If company decides to go for 6 month NP, they can still implement it. Even people on bench are not relieved early. The biggest challange is to land that first company which is ready to accept you on 90 days notice period.

I do agree that its a challenge but its not impossible, Keep on trying is the attitude which will surely land anyone to success
