How long does Amazon take to release offer letter? It has been a week since the recruiter called and told me I was selected. I also have the salary breakup and date of joining given. Only offer letter is not yet released. How many days does it usually take for Amazon to release offer letter. Waiting so I can give resignation to my current organization. Thanks. Amazon Amazon India

Have you considered writing an anonymous Glassdoor review that warns women against working there without any specifics? You’ll need to be as generic as possible so they can’t tell who wrote it, and you don’t want to get sued for slander.
I really don’t recommend reaching out to any new employees on LinkedIn because you have no way of knowing where their allegiances are and if they’ll show what you said to the founders.
I think vague anonymity is the only way forward safely.
Tricky and potentially slanderous. I'm not sure what the answer is but I’m following this thread to see if anyone drops from interesting nuggets of advice.
I've been in this situation before but the person I was speaking about directly impacted my life and I have the paper trail to prove it just in case he tries to come at me to retaliate. He has since slinked into the shadows where he belongs.
Sexual predators rarely change. If I were you, I’d anonymously notify prospects. Not sure how but perhaps posting a review on Glassdoor. These guys won’t stop and will continue to assault innocent victims especially now that they’ve paired up to run their own company with no one having to hold them accountable.

Do you have any concrete details or do you think the victims would come forward (even anonymously) to a local journalist? You could give a tip to a local paper to be aware of a startup that’s founders were both fired for sexual assault have started their own company. A good journalist would take this and investigate it and gather details and possibly make it go public if there’s concrete evidence that they can use to build a story.
