A theory: people who incessantly pepper their monologues, opinions or statements with “right“—like a subconscious tic—secretly know they are 100% full of shit & the constant “right?”-ing is them saying to themselves, as they blather, “This person isn’t actually fn buying any of this, right? Working at a company and they can’t seem to hold on to their female, black and people of color employees. I blinked and 3 of the people who were in my onboarding class were either fired or they left. For context I’ve been in company less than a year and there are people who have been in the company 25yrs. I’m thinking of cutting loose before it gets to my turn.
