Accenture Application Portal Issue

During the cooling period, my profile details were removed. After the cooling period, I need to update my application details again. HR shared the update link, but I am only able to edit the My Information section. Sections like Experience and Education are disabled, so I am unable to complete the required updates.

I have already contacted HR, but the issue is still not resolved. Looking for help if anyone faced a similar issue.
