How does YOE work for comp?

My total is different from post-grad different from manager titles. Some companies consider manager title to determine YOE for comp which didn’t make sense.

I miss music. Like actual bands with instruments and vocal ability. Feels like the music industry is so hollowed out that multi-member instrumental bands like Fleetwood Mac, The Beatles, and even Metallica are no longer able to take root.

There are a few talented individual singers (Adele) a lot of awful mumble rappers, but no actual bands that will stand the test of time. Before I get called a Boomer, the problems with the music industry for new artists are well documented.

What are some good east coast cities to buy an investment property in? For those of you who have done this before, what's better for a first time buyer/investor - commercial or residential?

30th birthday present watch accessory ideas.

A lot of knowledge on here so asking for some help. It’s my partner’s birthday and I’ve no idea what to buy him. He’s a watch fanatic - Pateks (sports and dress), Audemars (sports and dress), Rolex (sports), Omega (sports).

I’m obviously not buying him a watch for his birthday (in his dreams!) but any idea for some good accessories? He’s already got a PP watch winder, and has bought multiple nice straps for the dress watches. I’m completely lost.

How does approval process usually work with rolex ADs? I have a purchase history with a current AD and been on a waitlist for a while. Got a msg saying they have one in system and waiting to get approval to sell me one, but no promises. Does this mean I am likely to get one soon?

I write TV commercials, and since Bulova created the first TV ad, I’ve been interested in adding one to the collection. I know more about their ad history than the actual watches. Anyone have a recommendation?
