There's a fine line of personality that is sought in employees. It's a cockiness and self-assurance to stand up for their work and sell stuff, and also a subservience to stay on c suite people..
SVP. I'm not sure if I was clear. I usually prefer working with women over men. Specially on leadership. The fact is that advertising has no shortage of ass kissers, and I'm honestly tired of individuals in this industry constantly trying to get a ride by clinging on important people balls for the ride up. This particular trait is prevalent and genderless.
A big reason I'm a freelancer now (this gut title is very old and fishbowl won't change because I don't have a company email), I'm in it for the money, and I want to have the least amount of involvement with a team. I come with my writer, I do the work, and cash out. No nonsense.
