Hello fishes How long does Nike take to get back to a candidate list an interview? It has been two weeks since my interview and in yet to receive a feedback on the same. I have sent a mail but no response yet. I was of the impression that Nike keeps the candidate informed whatever be the outcome. Can anyone help me out here with the information? Or what it can mean? Nike, Inc. Nike Converse Inc.

You f*cking rock, dude/dudette!! Congrats and hope to be in your position one day. Good luck with whatever move you end up deciding on. #goals
Good for you. AFS will give you good WLB you desire. There are high expectations for SM though. SM’s are what make AFS run.
Agreed here.
With 25 yr exp this seems very low

My background: over 25 year IT experience with last 6 years on Salesforce ecosystem, mid 50s, very techie, has been as individual contributor for most of my career. no desire to become partners, just want a decently paid job with good WLB and company culture.
All positions are remote. Live In a LCOL city.
Please share your insights or opinions, TIA!
Apologize for double posting in the consulting bowl
I can connect you with some folks in the role. PM me
Congrats!! Salesforce generally has really good wlb and company culture...have you negotiated that offer yet? You have great leverage from your other offers—use it and ask salesforce for what you deserve!
There’s a very good chance CSG’s culture will be changing soon as they are trying to compete with the Big 4 and leading projects now. No more lurking in the shadows.
Salesforce advisory (where program manager sits) is desperate for resources right now. You can probably get that to 175k imo
Salesforce2 would you be willing to provide a referral? I come from program management background
SF by far, then Accenture. Wouldn't bother with the other two.
Agreed
Better Wlb with SF. Accenture would be a mess . See if SF would match base salary .
Accenture is standardizing salaries (I think) because I live in a T3 city and make the same as my peers in T1 (and I’m not in strategy). Disappointing to see the SF doesn’t do the same, because otherwise I would say SF is a no brainer... but that salary is 👎🏼
Coach
P1, thank you for the the message and input, I am very grateful.
Program architect os good wlb
Don’t forget ESPP at salesforce. Not sure if others have it. Also most roles have additional bonuses, is that part of your base or are you omitting that?
Coach
S3, the bonus is 15%
OP, have Accenture give you L5 designation. That’s associate director. In few years , you get to become MD somewhere. Who doesn’t like more Benjamins 🤣😂
Coach
D1, not L5, I got L6, and I am happy with it😀

4/20 update: after turning down PWC offer, partners reached out to me via LinkedIn, saying that they want to make the TC package work, what should I do? Please advise! Please help!
btw, I am kind of committing to Accenture with June starting date.
Pwc has much better work culture . If they match , go with pwc . Also , see if they would give a bigger title 😎
Coach
D1, how bigger title I can ask without being ridiculous? Thanks a lot!
One step up . This way you setting yourself up for bigger price down the road .
I’m liking the Accenture offer if the team you interviewed with are rockstars and fun people to work with
Coach
People from both side are super nice! Really don’t know what to do. I already signed the deal with Accenture, hate to burning the bridge.

4/22 update: Pwc antes up the offer to 205k base, 10k more on singing. I have signed the paper with Accenture federal. Does the Pwc bump justify burning the bridge? Please share your thoughts, thanks!
205 is decent and sounds like you'll be working remote which is great. I was picking between them and another federal shop and did not pick AFS
Coach
4/23 update: Accenture matches Pwc offer. I so excited! Thank all of you guys!
@OP you sounds like you are where I want to be in just a few years. May I ask how "techy" you are? Assuming you write code? Highest SF cert you have? Any specialized skills from your previous tech work or was it more broadly focused?
You're giving me high hopes, and working on getting my ducks lined up to follow a similar path (if possible)
