Hi guys :) Glad to join fishbowl and this community. Guys I have an offer of 14.41 ctc from a big 4 (11 is fixed).
Technology-Microsoft Dynamics 365(I am a functional consultant in SCM and HR; Relevant exp: 3 yrs & Total exp: 4 yrs).
My interviews in IBM are done and I am waiting for the salary discussion with HR.
What is the likely offer that I am going to get? Any idea? (My expectation is 16.5 lpa ctc). I will adjust my expectations as per replies here.
Any response is highly appreciated :)

Has anyone interviewed with Amazon in the last 6 months. I finished my loop for a finance role. It’s been 8 business days and no update from the recruiter. I mailed the recruiter who said apologies for the delay but we will get back to you with next steps. Has anyone had this experience and what was the outcome Amazon

Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Confidence, demonstrating times where leadership and rallying the team was crucial and you successfully led that, and demonstrating mentorship. Also body language (standing/sitting up straight, looking at people when speaking to them, etc) and dressing in however fits the situation and makes you feel confident
I think one of my challenges doing this is I’m still an active creative (while also CDing). I probably lean more on the projects where I was doing work, not leading it. This is helpful advice. Thank you.
Synthesizing information to come up w a clear pov or action the team can move toward. So taking business problem, taking creative hurdles, marry it and come up w solution. I’m not sure if that made sense, but that’s what I’ve observed.
This makes a ton of sense. Thank you!
