After 20+ years in a different field, I have been at Northwell for almost a year. Currently in a role with zero growth/support, entry level and nothing to do with my experience. I joined BERG, doing iLearns and I applied for other roles (that align with my previous experience of 20+ years) and have received the "thanks, but no thanks. keep trying." for all 6 positions I applied for. It's really frustrating and totally discouraging. Anyone have any suggestions on this process??

Happy Wednesday everyone. I'm so excited, I have a recruiter call scheduled with @Meta for Administrative Partner position. I've been in my current employer role for 19 years and I'm nervous as heck.
