After 5 interviews and a lot of hard work, I didn’t get the job. I’m very disappointed - it truly felt like the perfect fit for me in every way. My experience matched and even exceeded the role in many ways. I loved the team I met with. I felt I positioned myself strongly and accurately. I’m dying to get out of my toxic agency role and this felt like it was finally happening. I know I’m preaching to the choir - just had to vent. It’s so draining.

Final round! Panel interview w an assignment to present some ideas on how to increase customers for 1 of 5 key audience segments.
I’m most familiar with 1 as it’s the audience I work with at current job. Not enough info/experience with other 2 segments. Remaining segments I know enough but not as confidently.

Will it look like I took the easy way out if I chose my segment? They know it’s my current audience and has been for 8 yrs. Would love to hear your thoughts!
