After accepting the offer letter from Kenvue through ANSR, I received my hike letter from my current company which is significant. The offer was discussed from the older salary. Can I now ask to revise the salary? Please help with your thoughts

Hi fishes, I want to move to management consulting. Current role is an internal data science consultant for driving OpEx.
Background: MS in Statistics from tier-1 Institute, 3 YoE across Bank of America and UBS, based in India.

Is it possible without a) going for an MBA b) Starting from the bottom at Undergrad analyst level.
Would ideally target pre-MBA Associate level (one step short of post MBA level).

Any leads/strategy to crack this would be greatly appreciated.

How tough is it to make the jump from SMB SAAS to Mid-market type roles? I’ve been annihilating my quota in my current role for the past 18 months, but on pretty small deal sizes. (Also I have no college degree) will sales managers care more about the performance record? Or more about the lack of big deal experience?
