Hi Sharks,
I have put down my papers and LWD is 18 Aug 2022, 30 days since in probation period and also the resignation is accepted by HR and in the portal it's showing as Actual reliving date as 18 August 2022.
I see resignation approval is still pending from L1 manager will this get auto approved if not how this can be a impact for me ? And how to deal with this situation since I'm in bench from the day I have joined wipro 5 months and don't know anyone here. Wipro

I also used Naukri.com premium account.. but it is not required if you can update your profile regularly and mention thr skills that are mostly searched...
Brag about your achievements like you have optimised cost, performance, saved money for the company, Team player. (Both in naukri profile, resume and also in linkedin)
Most helpful skills for me was "Azure", ".net", "DevOps".
I also got some interview calls from LinkedIn too (I mentioned there "Open to work/opportunity")

I used coding minutes (from udemy) for learning Data Structures and Algorithms - it's good for beginners and they code in C++
But some good resource in YouTube also available like freeCodeCamp.org channel - they also teach kubernetes, azure, DevOps
I learnt azure (PaaS, IaaS) and azure DevOps from Microsoft docs and microsoft learn (free and best azure learning platform)
You can also use Udemy for azure but they are for absolute beginners
DevOps I majorly learnt through my organization
Kinda similar with me, went from 8 to 35 with 4.8yoe 😋
Publicis Sapient 1 your Tech Stack??

While mentioning counter offer to the company which gave you the first offer, do we mention the names or share offer letters of the other companies?
Chief
I only mentioned that I have one offer, and I showed the salary structure of highest offer.. that worked in most cases
Hi,
Congrats!!
I am looking for backend developer and ai/ml roles. I have updated my profiles in LinkedIn and naukri. Feedback from you on my profile would be appreciated.
And it's my first switch too!
These are the kind of stories we need to hear. For the type of technical skills we have in India, we are extremely underpaid. Can’t even afford a car in our meagre salaries. We should paid way more!
Chief
100% agree

Hello I have 2.9 years of experience in devops can you please help me in job switch
People bragging about their capabilities to negotiate better and extract more money from employers - please remember that this talent madness is temporary tide and can turn around quite quickly too. When new freshers lot come to workforce June 2022 timeframe, guess what happens to so called highly paid 2-5 years experienced engineers/developers who has no other skills other than knowing few tools in cloud? Learning these tools is 2-3 months effort and anyone can learn them. Indian IT industry (TCS, Infosys etc ) has mastered the art of converting freshers to developers in their journey very well.
Please be rational and realistic when you negotiate.
Why pass up on a lot of money? If a company is willing to pay you, have it.
