After completing two rounds of interviews, I was asked to fill out the CIS form. Later, the HR called to discuss my expected CTC and mentioned will be moved for manager approval. After two days, a new application was created with the status "Your background investigation is in progress." It has now been 15 days with no updates, and the HR is not reachable. Is anyone on the same boat? And what what is the process in general for getting offer letter in EY. Ihave attended F2F interview

Why do the Big 4 Indian firms compete with their offshore entities and poach projects from international clients? Don't think the offshore entities try for projects from Indian clients.
