After passing 5years in Cognizant & I found a few noticeable changes, better to say degradation, I am listing down below:

1. OneCognizant became a messy portal
2. Raising GSD is another headache with 1C Assistant
3. TMP portal became a ghosting place, no response & nothing but still tracking
4. Too many trainings which became difficult to manage
5. WLB absolutely vanished now a days, very tight deadline & tremendously high expectations
6. Poor hike but work pressure maximum

I'm up for a pharma agency senior CW role in the Rx/HCP vertical. I have been freelancing for 11 years, so mostly contract rates between $50 and $80 p/h (lower end on W2, higher 1099). They want to know my 1099 rate and salary requirements if full-time employee. Would $75 hourly and $110K be within range? They are in Philadelphia. I have been working in the Chicago, San Fran, and NYC markets mostly.

Where in Atlanta do you live and how much is your home? I thought Atlanta was supposed to be an affordable city? In the market for a town home and it’s only getting more expensive .... single income.
