After working for a project at Salesforce I was allowed to join as an FTE for a position of Software Engineer AMTS. After completing the interview process, HR called me and asked me to formally apply for a job ID that he had created on Workday. I along with other 2 people was given this opportunity. The other 2 have already joined Salesforce, unfortunately, my application has been put on hold for quite a long time. On workday, it is still showing in consideration. Do I still have any chances?

I have been offered from NTT data and a week ago they gave me a call to check if i can join early.. i said i am ok to join early if NTT is ready for buyout. They said they will come back on it and a day ago i can see that the recruiter has posted a job opening in naukri with the similer set of experience with what i have and i am little skeptical that will they revoke my offer.
