Again i see too much unprofessionalism in IT job recruitement in India.I pinged and emailed to the recruiters for resume and my professional details in either email or WhatsApp.Recruiters are not replying and not even scheduling interviews even though i mentioned i am available in 15 days and i have put ECTC as 23lpa for 10 YOE.Dont even understand what is going wrong in IT job hirings in India?
