I don’t see many controllers outside of F500 and/or HCOL making 200+.
Assuming your career started at 22, I feel like the controller title is a little inflated. Glad you can have it on your resume but I think you have a ton to learn. Prob best to jump to a larger company and get more experience.
Hard disagree. Almost every controller I work with in the PE shops I audit is at or above $200k. And those that are below have <8 years of experience.
No way to answer that without knowing what you want to do
I would suggest taking a class in English/writing skills. You can’t rely on autocorrect and if you want to sound as intelligent as your salary deems you to be, it would behoove you to do so. I’m not saying this to be rude, but truly as sound advice.
Go to a bigger dealership.
I know controllers that make over 200k just depends on business. Doesn't have to be fortunate 500
Try looking for a Controller/CFO position with a non-profit company with $150K, and don't forget to refer your current one to me.
