Hi! I am about to go through a background check with finger prints (located in NY). I have an arrest with no charge that comes up when I do fingerprints. I have a document stating that I was not charged. Should I wait until it’s flagged (if it will be) or should I be proactive and once I submit my fingerprint, explain my story and attach the appropriate documents.
