Package aside, I am in a support project based on ETL tools working 12hrs daily with a bad management and not much learning. They're not hiring any senior and have kept all dependency on me. I get panic attacks n many health issues bt some say infy has worse work culture n there's no guarantee tht I'll be in a better condition at infy. Please suggest what to do.
Hi, I've been offered a job at ZS associates in one of their European locations. The role is at the mid-manager level.
I hope to gain insight from ZS Associates fishes on ZS culture and WLB in their European offices.
What's the WLB like if you are based in Europe? What's a typical work week like, regarding the number of hours?
Any other Pros and Cons?
I am currently doing a 9 to 5 at Ferring. At times extra hours are necessary, but it is not the norm.
Any advice for starting a new position remotely?

We don't really hire people at that level. You can try to submit something online but honestly I'm not sure this is where you want to be. At this point in your career, you want to learn and be a part of big tech projects (I assume from your specific interest in digital and tech strategy that this is the area you are in now).
We don't really train our people - we expect them to know what they're doing and be able to work independently from the get-go. We also don't have the capacity staffing-wise to take on large projects.
Alix is an exciting place to be later in your career because you can really build your career path however you want to, but I don't think it's for you at this stage. Sorry to be blunt but I am trying to be helpful.
I have 9 years of experience. I think of given the chance, I could make a positive impression.
