How does one who has no idea about data structures or algorithms start preparing for Google interview? I'm a Salesforce developer and I'll have a round on data structures and algo. What are some resources that I can use to prepare?

I can use leetcode to get the questions but before I start on leet, how do I learn about data structures?

I have offer of 19 LPA from Optum which includes 2.5lpa variable

Today after HR round with Morgan Stanley they have given me the amount as 2365000 base + 141900 EmployerPF + 354750 Variable + 4.75 lakh relocation.

Now, I am totally confused which one should I proceed as the amount is also beyond expectations from Morgan.

Please help me in choosing one out of both of these.

I felt like a walking zombie during thanksgiving, barely eating and barely talking. My family is small and I told them ahead of time my relationship ended. I focused on my niece and nephews, cried when I wanted to and slept from 8pm-noon for the last 5 days. Showered once or twice. That’s the best I could do and that’s OK right now. The position is pretty much generalist, but I get the impression I'd be working mostly on SaaS and partnership transactions. Looking for advice…I currently make $85k + 35% bonus. I’m interviewing for a job that I now know pays $70k + 15% bonus. Obviously that’s a steep cut. The only reasons I’m still interested are that it’s in crypto operations which I’d like to transition to, and it’s back on the east coast closer to family. Hi, just got an offer from A&M as D (Performance Improvement). The base from Glassdoor is accurate (US as a benchmark). Bonus is much higher than my current. Anyway the base seems very low compared to S& SA in US.
1) is it true that the base is that low compared to junior-mid level at S&?
2) i am based in Asia, any different rate compared to other region at A&M?
3) the TC can be 3x that what I can get currently, but i can make partner in few years at PwC. Do you think A&M should be considered?
