When do bonuses get transferred? End of November or December?

Have an offer that’s doubling my TC (think a few hundreds less than a 1m). On the flip side, I have quite a good relationship with my current boss; I have shared the offer with him and I’m shocked he wants to match it. Does it make sense to stay? These are the points I’m considering:

Hi folks, any idea about the current hiring process for an experienced hire at big4? I meant in terms of total duration.

Will be leaving for a competitor (different consulting firm) soon and trying to figure out how to approach 2 weeks notice. I have several weeks of unused vacation still - will / can my firm force me to use my vacation time during my two week notice period? Why do many associates at top tier firms stay to make Partner when they can go in-house in tech and make around the same, even long term? For example, you can make near 400-550k in-house at Google, Netflix, FB with 8-10 years of exp. More senior than that in-house, it can easily break $1M.
