Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Is HARMAN really recruiting for permanent remote roles? Would they ask us to come to office after sometime? I am a bachelor woman supporting my sickly parents and can't move them out of city. And my city don't have harman office. HR did mention permanent remote, still want to confirm as I've heard many cases people were called back across different product based companies. Ideally we should not stay in the same project for more than 2 years, unless that project is extraordinary in terms of growth. Remember, stagnant water never achieves much.

Your so-called senior doesn't want you to resign, as it would be an overhead for him to teach the stuff again to the new person and make his life easy. And looks like he's happy with the way you work, so doesn't want you to leave.

That's pretty common at any workplace, be it govt or private or any industry.
Your LPA for YOE is OK.. Not bad, not extraordinary.
Now how to check if you are manipulated..
1. Check if you are into developing some core technology or you are just using the tech created by others in your product.
2. What is the market share of your product compared to your competition.
3. Is your project or your role involves dealing with the core competency of the domain or you are just kept on the sidelines.
It is never a wise idea to stick yourself to a product however critical or important it is.
At the same time it is always helpful to gather the domain expertise.
Alongside you will also need to develop the tech skills side by side.
Just for eg: let's say you are part of a team responsible for orchestrating the core functions of a switch.
It's good to learn about network switches, move to your peer company.. maybe like Cisco. They will value that knowledge and you can grow further.
thank you ☺️… actually our product is based on desktop development,, which is outdated now a days, most of the hiring is on web development. so i feel like these ppl dont give year on year that much hike, so i will be like stagnant here .. and since i wont be knowing new technology (web development) so i will be having no choice but to
