Lol for 2 hrs no. United’s typical minimum is a 4 hr delay

like

You can get points for anything with the rightly worded complaint, but you shouldn't always expect something

I've gotten vouchers for weather delays under 2 hours

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

like

No, but in the future, they’ll promise to put you on the flights where they don’t check whether the panel is secured....

Not sure if there is a complaint form like on delta’s website but I’d submit a complaint regardless (or call if you have time). Just say you missed important client stuff. Let them decide if they’ll do something. Since you’re a new flyer they may just throw you some pity points. At least 30% of my miles bank is from shit like that.

I need to make a decision by tomorrow:
Current base salary: $55k
Current bonus: 10.5% (~$5k)
Vacation: 2 weeks
*been with company for 4 years. Started as a product data analyst out of school.

New offer base salary: $90k
Bonus: 12% (~11k)
Vacation: 3 weeks

Counter offer: $80k
Bonus: 14% (~11k)
Vacation: 3 weeks

The new offer would require significantly more travel. I have a young family and value time at home. My heart is telling my to take the counter offer from my company.

Hi Fishes,
Need some positive suggestions.

I'm a data analyst(SQL, Python, ETL, Viz) with 6.5yrs exp at LTI(1 Month exp).
I left PWC AC after 6 months of joining because of the nature of dabba work I was getting(80% testing/documentation, 20% technical). Worked for 12+ hrs everyday and wanted to have some wlb.

Now in LTI, life is too peaceful and there's no technical work in current project. I'm getting thoughts like I'm wasting my skills by taking less tech projects at this stage of career.

Hey FishBowl Friends, so I’m currently trying to break into tech sales/FinTech and I feel that due to my previous work history, I might not look like the ideal candidate on paper but I’m an extremely fast learner and very coachable. I’ve been a manger at a gym, got my degree in finance, worked as a client advisor at a top 3 auto dealer in the nation and now I’m a project manager at a solar company. I really want something that’s remote and steady, any recommendations on how to spruce myself up?

Hi Fishes, I've got offers from BNY Mellon and Siemens and I'm confused about which organization to join.
BNY is offering me 26LPA (they don't have a variable component, instead they have a bonus component that is not fixed) and QA Lead position and Siemens is offering me 29LPA (total CTC is going 32.8LPA including variables) fixed and the position is Senior Test Engineer.
Please suggest which company will be better to join?
