Can I get a commercial loan without 25% down?
Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

Hey @A1 thanks for the help man!
Looking for a terminology clarification. "Charges vs "balance"
@BA1? Did the charge actually post or just a hold on pending transactions?
Call amex lol
When did you pay off your bill?
There were probably about $1k in pending charges when you paid your bill. When you use a credit card the charges don't automatically get posted to your account, they're accounted for in your credit limit but there's a verification process there before you're actually billed for them
I noticed I got charged $93 for a $30 gas tank fill up for some reason.. gonna call today. Not sure if it's on Amex or the shitty NJ gas station haha
No, it's the terminology Amex uses. Charges v balance. Give them a call they will explain. Panicked over the same thing like 5 months ago.
The last payment was for the last billing cycle. The billing cycle usually ends about 20-21 days before your Pay date. So the charges start building again ...
Are you new to credit cards?
No I'm not new to CCs at all! I don't understand sometimes the terms amex uses. To put in perspective:
I haven't bought anything in two weeks because I'm on PTO. The charges are 200$ and the balance is 1200$ and I paid off the bill LAST NIGHT. Something just doesn't make sense
And no pending charges yesterday or when I paid the bill. I checked.
Pull up your last statement and look for the billing cycle date. You should see what I'm talking about.
E.g. If the billing cycle is Jun 1-Jun 30 that's the bill you may have paid in full. Then the balance on the card may be any charges from July 1 to today, which will show up on the statement for your July 1-July 31 billing cycle
Billing cycle is 11-21st. I get what you mean
👍
The payment may not have hit your account yet since it's the weekend
