I am expecting an offer from Master Card for Senior Software Engineer position in O Fallon MO. Please let me know what kind of base salary I can expect with 11 yrs experience . Recently I had interview with tcs . During hr dicuession the hr person offered me 7.5lpa currently my CTC is 5lpa with wipro. Then later on we agreed to 8lpa during dicuession. So he told he will dicuess with senior level for approval for 8lpa then he release a sample ctc break up and asked me to accept it and he told he will release final offer after higher level discussion. I agreed for that. After two day he called me and offer only 6.8lpa. Why he changed this any idea? I declined.Surprising hr behaviour?
