Yeah I still go to it 2 years later. I plan to continue going for the foreseeable future.
I'd recommend just start going to it. You obviously want change in yourself, or help dealing with certain situations, and there's nothing that'll help more. If you don't like it, go to 2-3 other therapists. There's no one-size-fits-all, but if you find the right one, it will improve your quality of life 100x.
