When his annual leave ran out, he became too sick to travel back and requested a WFH arrangement fin Europe. His role requires actual presence in the office for managing logistics. We offered no pay leave & absorbing flight change costs but declined WFH.

Senior engineer making 135k and I was offered a promotion to engineering manager after completing a development plan. Near the end of the plan and I expect compensation talks to start soon.
