An EY recruiter reached out via LinkedIn about a specific role. I’ve been considering leaving for a while now so timing was perfect. I interviewed with three people back to back last week and all went well on my end. Impossible to know if I got the job but I’m loosing my mind waiting for an offer. Does anyone know the recruiting process? With Deloitte I got a call shortly after the interview from a partner. With EY the partner said expect feedback soon (assuming from the recruiter). Any advice?

I have heard from friends working in different companies about Synechron. Employees working hours are very closely monitored at Synechron.

Employees have to spend 9 hours inside Office rather than Synechron premise.

Also, employees have some app installed in their virtual machines which tracks the duration for which they were logged in.
