As i have recently joined EY GDS as Consultant, Can someone let me know of an estimated hike %age the company awards?

I know it depends on the service line and the individual, just wanted to know an average amount

Having a hard time deciding between two offers. Pay is very similar in both roles.
Firm: Accenture GCP Cloud Architect (Technology Architecture delivery)
Level: Manager
Location: UK
Service line: Accenture Technology (Delivery)
Pro: Tech focused & brand
Con: hard progress in tech, hikes are not great
Firm: Deloitte Cloud Architect (GCP)
Level: Manager
Location: Uk
Service line: Consulting (Cloud Strategy & Engineering)
Pro: progression & growth, new growing gcp practice
Con: less tech focused

First round cleared in november 2021, then HR called after 2 months for second round in Jan 22, now discusses the salary after 2-3 weeks and then again says to get back.
No communication courtesy, just randomly calls up. Any thoughts on What might be going on? Is this how gartner process works?
