Another Scam Recruiter: Digital Designer Position

I received a email in March about a Digital Designer position at Key Bank. I provided my address, resume and last 4 of my SS. After that I never got a reply. Then this week I received two calls about the same position. How is it possible no one got the position? And why do they keep calling me about the same thing? Long story long, I checked keybank's career page and the job isn't listed but I was assured by the recruiter it was for Keybank.

Anyone know anything about trying to work in house in certain industries? I’d like to move into media (publishing, entertainment, etc.) because I don’t want to stay in law forever but am having a hard time connecting to the right people

We found out one of our drivers may have a drinking problem. How? Bunch of empty bottles in his truck. Should I ask about this or just let him go to avoid being held liable in case an accident happens?
