With timing of our performance conversations I would have to inform I’m pregnant before outcomes - then shortly after the promotion effective date I would go on a leave for due date. I was just told to limit my time against pitching and planning a job to 3-hrs. Which is bonkers. They want timing, budgets and watch outs. Has anyone else experienced this and have advice on how to approach with the account lead?
