How on earth do you not know your billing rate?
Regardless, the answer to your question is no. Experience is not how comp is determined at law firms.
Contact the billing department or otherwise figure out some data—your rate, realization rate, total hours, collected hours, the clients you billed the most to, etc. Come up with performance-based arguments for why your comp should be whatever. Avoid specifically referencing peers if you can. Just focus on yourself and your worth.
