Any advice on what to bring with you when you’re doing on campus interviews?

Currently a staff in IT audit and looking to potentially pivot to Supply Chain Consulting (I have a major in Operations Management from a Tier 2 school). Would anyone be willing to chat about the job and what they like/don't like, and advice?

Does it make sense to work for a congressman after clerking for a federal judge? I have no idea what I want to do career wise, I've already done the firm thing and I don't want to do that, or at least not yet. Pretty sure I'm going to be staying with the congressman's staff for like a 1-1.5 years.
