Any advice out there for people who want to get better at running client calls? I struggle with finding the balance between getting too in the weeds and providing the right level of detail. I also want to get better at answering Q&A sessions, particularly when I don’t know the answer or the answer isn’t quickly retrieved. I find that I get caught off guard with some questions and it throws me off my game. Any good books or resources?
